I would like to submit this E-mail for your use as a written statement of my appreciation for the excellent service South-Town Refrigeration & Mechanical has provided over my years of experience here in Minnesota. I was first introduced to South-Town back in 1979 when I first started working for SUPERVALU, Inc. and their Minneapolis Division. South-Town and its owners provided first class service and outstanding equipment to every retailer we worked with. They took time to educate me on the basics of refrigeration and sound business ethics which lead to many repeat projects with independent retailers as well as corporate stores. I found that I always compared other companies to what South-Town did as I worked in several other areas of the country and based my comfort level on how they compared.

I have been working for Lund Food Holdings, Inc. for almost six years now and the folks at South-Town have been instrumental in helping our company grow and remain a retailing leader right here in the Twin Cities. All of our most recent important projects have been handled by South-Town and include success stories like the major remodels at St. Louis Park and Golden Valley; as well as the newest store in downtown Minneapolis. South-town also provides us with on-going training opportunities and your efforts to help us strategize system designs will help us with our future projects. For all this and much more I want to thank you and everyone at South-Town for (31) years of excellent service and a great partnership.
